It's a new day in Kansas City, and it seems like the sun has finally shined down on Chewology! The team at this innovative restaurant is bringing their signature Taiwanese street food to life with gusto. From Taiwanese fried chicken to pork belly baos—colloquially known as "buns" because of how delicious they taste and the dumpling filled with honey, apricots, and almonds; The menu provides much delight for your senses: sight; sound textures from crunchy vegetables. The lightly battered then fried golden brown- you'll also enjoy clean flavors that contrast nicely against rich ingredients. Y'all can we talk about those buns again ...I wanted to sneak into the kitchen and shove a try in my backpack!! So firggin Good. The evening ended with Chef Katie explaining her inspiration behind this fantastic concept; she looks forward to sharing part of her culture while eating some delicious food. it is my honest hope that Chewology will foster discussions about what we eat, where it came from initially helping folks connect to the dining on a more emotionally
